YOUR BREATH IS A POWERFUL TOOL THAT IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO YOU. THE NEXT TIME YOU ARE FEELING ANXIOUS OR OVERWHELMED, TRY THIS SIMPLE BREATHING TECHNIQUE:

Bee Breath:  Sit up in a chair with your feet on the floor.  Relax your jaw, relax your shoulders.  Begin to focus on your breath. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your belly and ribs, feeling your chest lift.  Hold for a moment. Exhale slowly by "buzzing" the breath out between your lips. Notice the soothing vibration. Smile. Repeat as necessary.
